Originally from California, Ashley made her way to Salt Lake City in 2019 after several years in Colorado. With over 10 years of experience as a paralegal, she brings a strong background in contracts, attention to detail, and client communication—an advantage that seamlessly translates into her real estate career.

Since transitioning into real estate in 2020, Ashley has earned her Associate Broker license and built her business around helping first-time home buyers navigate the process with confidence. As part of a husband-and-wife real estate team alongside her husband, Andrew, she offers clients a well-rounded, hands-on experience with strong communication and support from start to finish. She understands that buying a home can feel overwhelming and prides herself on being responsive, informative, and supportive every step of the way.

In addition to working with buyers, Ashley plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of a growing property management business, ensuring organization, efficiency, and a high level of service for clients.

Ashley is passionate about real estate as a long-term wealth-building tool and continues to expand her knowledge in investment properties and multi-family opportunities.

Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys running, climbing, and spending time outdoors with her husband, their two daughters, their dog, and two black cats. She is also a dedicated advocate for blood cancer patients and survivors, supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society through fundraising and endurance events. As a survivor herself, she brings resilience, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping others into everything she does.
